Sponsorship Information for SouthWest MotorSport Track Events
What’s in it for you? All sponsors benefit from exposure of their business, logo, name, etc. in a favorable light in the eyes of all the SWMS club members and spectators at our events. SWMS members generally have a certain amount of discretionary income available and are purchasers/consumers of motorsports-related services. Event sponsorship also generates a certain degree of customer loyalty to those sponsors in the minds of SWMS members.
We have a variety of sponsorship levels:
Primary Sponsors ($2000 Plus)
- Have event naming privileges, e.g., “SWMS Muscle Car Mania presented by ‘Your Company Name’” or ”The ‘Your Company Name’ DeutschMarque Classic”.
- Your logo/name is reproduced on the fliers advertising the event and any other advertising.
- Your logo/name appears most prominently on the gratis apparel items such as t-shirts etc. provided to event participants.
- Sponsors are mentioned frequently by the track announcer during the event.
- Three free registrations to the track-driving instruction (classroom and in-car) are provided.
Secondary Sponsors ($1000 Plus)
- Your logo/name appears on the gratis apparel items provided to event participants.
- Sponsors are mentioned frequently by the track announcer during the event.
Associate Sponsors ($1000 or Less)
- Your logo/name appears on the gratis apparel items provided to event participants.
- Sponsors are mentioned frequently by the track announcer during the event.
We are open to other possible means to provide exposure for our sponsors. For example, we can arrange for pre-event technical inspection sessions at your facility, sponsors’ cars or wares can be displayed at the event, or ??? Please suggest ideas; we are quite flexible.
