Please save the date January 22 for the annual Southwest Motorsport End of Year Celebration. SWMS is happy to announce our event will be held at Jim Guthrie's new "Evolution of Wheels" car museum in Albuquerque. We'll start at 1pm and go till 3:30pm. Food and beverages will be provided. Cost will be $10 per person or $20 per couple collected at the door.
Southwest Motorsport will award the 2021 racing season trophies for first, second and third places for each of our race classes. We will also award several special certificates and trophies for track records, volunteers, and folks who have really gone above and beyond this year. There have been many!
Southwest Motorsport will also announce the new board members, the 2022 anticipated event schedule, and provide a general update of club status.
This will be an interesting and fun event that I hope you can attend! Check out all Jim's cars (plus other stuff), have some great catering, and catch up with all our great club members!
We'll keep our eye on how the covid precautions evolve but plan that Southwest Motorsport will implement current CDC and/or NM State requirements.
